As well as your responsibilities to visitors and
company employees under the Disability Discrimination
Act in supplying suitable access equipment, you must
also ensure that all equipment is fit for the purpose
and that staff are properly trained in the use of
any such equipment.
We lead the way
in providing a “one stop shop” with a
full assessment of your needs in relation to access
to your premises, in order to allow you to comply
with the requirements of the Disability Discrimination
Act. We also train all staff in the safe and correct
use of portable access ramps, not only for their
own safety but also the safe use by wheelchair users
whether assisted or not.
Follow up training for new staff, or refresher training
for existing staff can also be provided. |
